After a long any busy year – as a software Engineer – we need to be relaxed as we slow down and the year ’22 runs out…. and what would be more relaxing than putting together something delicious cake for the well deserved Christmas season.

The ingredients are carefully selected and pre-measured for your convinience.

We put every delicious material into a glass bottle, you just need to add couple of stuff to finish the masterpiece.

STEP1:

Take the glass bottle and put the content into a bowl and mix it.

STEP2:

Add 6 tablespoonful milk, beat 2 egg, 150g soft butter, mix it – beat with a wooden spoon or a hand-held mixer for 1 minute, or until just combined – just long enough to make it smooth, add a little bit of milk if needed until you get a smooth batter.

STEP3:

Heat oven to 175C (155C if case of FAN oven).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

STEP4:

Create small balls – just like a nuts -.

Put the the cookie spheres onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet, leaving at least 5 cm of space between cookies and 2 inches (5 cm) of space from the edges of the pan so that the cookies can spread evenly.

you may push them a little bit with a fork to make them thinner on the plate.

STEP5:

Bake on the middle shelf of the oven for about 12-15 minutes. The cake is cooked when it looks well risen and brown-golden.

STEP6:

Cool the cookies on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely (or just eat them warm while the chocolate chips are melty)!

STEP7:

Enjoy!!!
